As a part of the CBSE school’s continuous professional development initiative, a successful training session was conducted by “Ms. Akanksha Arora” who is a true embodiment of passion, dedication and innovation in teaching and learning. The training was conducted on 25th June 2025. The objective of the session was to equip educators with foundational principles and practical tools to foster an engaging and disciplined classroom environment. Teachers participated in reflective discussions and collaborative activities to connect these pillars with their daily teaching practices.
The session also focused on Classroom Management Strategies, highlighting clear classroom rules and expectations, using positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviour.
Overall, the training was enriching and well-received. Teachers found the session insightful, relevant, and immediately applicable. It reinforced the importance of creating a positive learning environment rooted in strong values and strategic planning. A CBSE Capacity Building Programme on the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) was successfully conducted at PIET Ansals, on 9 January 2026 with the objective of orienting teachers towards the vision, philosophy, and implementation strategies of NCF in alignment with NEP 2020. The programme aimed to strengthen pedagogical practices, promote competency-based education, and facilitate a learner-centric approach as envisaged by CBSE and NCERT. The programme commenced with an address by the Principal of PIET Ansals, Ms. Kalpana Lathar, who welcomed the eminent CBSE resource persons “Ms. Shalini Narang” and “Mr. Johny Anand” and all the participants. In her address, she underscored the school’s commitment to CBSE reforms and continuous professional development of teachers.
The sessions were insightful and highly engaging, focusing on the core principles of NCF such as holistic development of learners. The training concluded with an interactive reflection session, where teachers shared their learnings and clarified implementation-related queries.
PIET Ansals successfully organized a CBSE training programme on Life Skills (Advance) on 10 JAN 2026 to empower teachers with effective strategies for holistic student development. The programme was formally addressed by the Principal, Ms. Kalpana Lathar, who emphasized the importance of integrating life skills into everyday classroom practices. The enriching sessions were conducted by the esteemed resource persons Ms. Vaishali Bhatia Arora and Mr. Devender Sharma, who focused on practical approaches to nurture emotional intelligence, resilience, empathy, communication, and critical life competencies among learners The training proved insightful and impactful, reinforcing the school’s commitment to value-based education and learner well-being.
